I'm a Lighting Cameraman with over 20 years experience working in the broadcast industry; 7 years as an ITV staff cameraman before embarking on my freelance career in 2007.

I've worked across a wide range of television genres, including factual, documentary, entertainment, corporate, news and current affairs, delivering high quality content for high profile clients which include ITV, BBC, RTE, TG4, TV3 Ireland and Scottish Television.

​

Skilled in all aspects of portable single camera operation, as well as experience in multi-camera events and outside broadcasts, I'm equally happy to work with directors on crafted pieces, or 'self direct' myself filming sequences to specific briefs. Having worked extensively in news and current affairs, I'm comfortable working in fast moving live news environments, able to gather and turnaround high quality interviews and footage to tight deadlines.

I'm available for projects based in Scotland or UK wide and can supply additional camera, sound equipment if required.
